Broadband packages

At a time when every type of business is trying to offer you broadband from your grocery store to your phone company it is reassuring to know that we are a specialist internet company that have the experience of supplying internet connectivity and email/hosting since 1995.

This experience gives us a level of knowledge that few companies can match and makes us ideal for users that are looking for business level support and/or a company that can also offer business class hosting solutions.

Please be careful! At the moment there are a number of very big names offering some prices that appear to be: "too good to be true".....

However often the devil is in the small print!

For example some providers offer a low price or large connection but then severely limit the amount of data transfer (also referred to as 'bandwidth' or 'usage allowance') and then charge you extra. Some offer unlimited resources but slip in 'a fair usage policy' which is set at a low amount (or worse they wont tell you what the limits are). There are also companies that will offer you cheap broadband but tie this to a telephone line deal with included call minutes in the evening but what they don't tell you is that the calls during the day are much more expensive than normal.

It can be a bit of a minefield choosing the right company.

Another thing to watch out for is the number of computers that are supported for the connection. Some packages only offer support if you connect a single machine to the broadband and offer far more expensive packages for multiple machine packages.
