As soon as your media arrives you will be called to acknowledge receipt. For confidentiality, an Incident Number will be issued for your use in all subsequent correspondence.

You will recieve a comprehensive quotation, complete with a firm price and an estimate of the time required for recovering your data, as well as a complete file listing showing the data that will be recoverable.

Options at the outset
We have access to the specialised equipment and expertise needed to recover data lost from mechanical or electrical media failure.

Class 100 Clean Room facilities and experienced technicians will ensure the safety and integrity of your media and allow repair to mechanical and electrical problems.

Proprietary system level software, that functions at the BIOS services level utilising the interrupts and setting registers of the CPU to facilitate access to your media to retrieve all the pieces of your data.

Recovery options start from as little as £19.99+vat for software or £545 +vat for RDR / In-Lab work depending on the complexity of the data structure and/or the physical problems associated with the media. Charges are based on time and expertise and do not relate to media capacity.

Shipping Instructions:
It is extremely important that your media is packaged carefully to avoid any additional damage during shipment. Careful packaging will ensure a greater degree of recovery of your data.

1. If possible, wrap the media in an anti-static material.

2. Pack the media in a box twice the size of the media, using foam, bubble or any anti-shock / vibration material. Then package the first box into a second box twice its size also with using foam, bubble or any anti-shock material. Please remember to include your completed evaluation form and mark your unique job number clearly on the outer packaging

3. Ship to the Receiving Facility specified when we contact you.
