Renewals: The official registrars charge a fee to renew domain names, all our registrations are for two years. Provided the official fees remain the same the renewal will be at the same cost or less.

Service: We have calculated our prices at a rate that allows us to offer you a good level of service and competitive prices. Particularly if you are in business and your time is valuable. Before you register a domain, check the following:

• Are there any hidden charges? If the cost ends up being more than they portrayed, what others costs are yet to be discovered?
• Your time is valuable. Many cut price companies only offer e-mail contact for support, they have no contact telephone or fax numbers and they will not tell you their address. Just ask yourself why this is.
• Can they offer additional services such as hosting, design, search engine submission, etc.
• If needed, will they talk you through your first upload and setting up your computer to receive e-mail from your new domain?
