Notes:

The above quotation is designed to itemise each aspect of the service so that we can provide a custom quotation based on your exact requirements. This also enables you to see exactly how the price is calculated and the financial implications of the options you select.

Note that power, bandwidth, back up and IP's can be upgraded later if required so you only need to select your immediate requirements.

Power:

The current rate charged for power is £9.00 + vat per month per 0.25 amps. This rate is calculated by taking the direct cost to ourselves plus a factor of 1.9 to cover the cooling aspect.

Note that you are free to use as much of the available amount as you wish as the fee includes the power your equipment consumes as well as the feed itself.

Note we can support higher power requirements as well for example 2 x 32 amp etc (POA).

Bandwidth:

We can offer both 'Data Transfer' and' Un-metered connections'. Please contact us if you are unsure which is best for your requirements,

'Data transfer'
With this option you pay only for the total volume of data you transfer each month rather than the capacity of the connection.

This option means that you can 'burst' to a higher level but you only pay for the amount you actually transfer. If you need high performance at peak times, this is the best option. Typically we will set the connection speed to be at least four times the amount you select. If you go over the amount you selected for the month you can either upgrade your plan (we will bill the past month at the new rate) or you can pay for the extra amount as a one off at the pay as you go rate for rack space (£0.50 per GB).

'un-metered connection' (dedicated data pipe)
Although the maximum size of the connection your server is on is limited to a set size you will not need to worry about bandwidth charges. The principle of this type of connection is very much the same as a leased line just for your server/rack.

NB: All connections are full duplex and are not contended.

# Additional IP addresses.

A certain quantity is included in the base price of each option.

Any request which requires in excess of four (whether additional or included in the base price ) is subject to Ripe approval and completion of their IP assignment form*).IP Management fees (for additional ones).
1-10 - £1.50 per month each + vat
10-128 - £0.25p per month each + vat
128+ £0.10p per month each + vatExamples:
10 x additional IPs - £15 per month + vat
128 x additional IPs - £44.50 per month + vat
256 x additional IPs - £57.30 per month + vat

* Note that the allocation can take time for Ripe to process the request. Typically around seven days.
