Hardware firewall (Unmanaged) |
We will lease you a Cisco firewall (unmanaged) which can protect up to four separate servers. You will have full access to the online panel enabling you to configure it as required. Please note that this should only be taken by experienced system administrators. |

| Offsite Backup |
We supply back up for your data to a dedicated offsite back up device for £1 per GB/m. A small program runs on your server (Windows, Linux, Solaris or Novel) which gives you full control over what you wish to back up and how often. Special agents are available for MS SQL and MYSQL. MS Exchange mailboxes can also be backed up @ £1 each per month each. More information is available from our dedicated site. Click here. |

| Reboot options | |||

| Managed Reboots | During office hours we are happy to reboot your server without charge. If you need us to do a hard reboot of your server or any onsite maintenance/repair to hardware/software out of office hours. These fees cover up to 30mins after this period we can continue if required @ £49/hr. If a reboot can be performed without disruption to us we will not charge for it regardless of the time. The following rates apply: (Mon-Friday £0 - 9am-6pm) (£25 - 6pm-11.59pm) (£35 - 11.59-9am. W/e £35 ). |

Additional
IP addresses.
A certain quantity is included in the base price of each option but
if not stated in the description the quantity is four per customer.
Any request which requires in excess of four (whether additional or
included in the base price ) is subject to Ripe
approval and completion of their IP assignment form*).

1-10 - £1.50 per month each + vat
10-128 - £0.25p per month each + vat
128+ £0.10p per month each + vat

128 x additional IPs - £44.50 per month + vat
256 x additional IPs - £57.30 per month + vat
* Note that the allocation can take time for Ripe to process the request. Typically around seven days.
