TERRAPIN FTP INSTALLATION

The following is a rough guide to uploading files to our server using Terrapin FTP program.

Terrapin FTP can be downloaded direct from the their site via our members home page and is free for 30 days and then costs about £30.

You show now see some files appear in the top window, if you get an error try again from Step 1.

The files and folders at the top are the ones that are on your website the ones at the bottom are files on your hard drive.

Select the files you want to transfer,
pick them up by clicking and dropping the files in the window you want them to be.

Please note that whilst we are happy to support your hosting and offer assistance in your initial upload we are unable to supply general web design or computer advice. Designing and maintaining a web site requires a working level of experience in computers, we always recommend using professional designers for web site development. Particularly us!
