Set Up Guides - Terrapin FTP Software

The following is a rough guide to uploading files to your servers using Terrapin FTP software.

Step 1.

Open the program, and select 'Server' and then 'New Connection'.

Step 2.

Click 'More'.

Step 3.

Enter your website details, these can be found in your Admin Panel.

Step 4.

You should now see some files appear in the top window, if you get an error try again from Step 1.

The files and folders at the top are the ones on the web server (our end) and the files at the bottom are the ones on your PC (your end).

Select the files you want to transfer, drag and drop them from the bottom of the screen to the top, or from the top to bottom depending on whether you want to upload, or download the files.
