Open Outlook
Express and select [Tools] and then [Accounts]

| Make
sure the left hand tab has 'Mail' selected.
Next,
select [Add] and then [Mail]

THREE |
Add the name
you want to appear in the 'From' field when you send mail to others.
This is usually your name, or company name.
It does not effect the performance of your email so it can be
any normal text you like.

| When
you send mail out this is the email address people will use to reply
to you (Although it will display the name you added in step three)..
It
should be something like your name or a generic name such as sales
or info then the '@' symbol followed by the unique part of your
website address i.e. ours is sales@host-it.co.uk.

| Make
sure the top selection has POP3 selected.
Next
add our mail server address. Both Incoming and Outgoing are the
same:
mail.host-it.co.uk if you use us to dial up to the Internet.
If
you dial up via another company, replace the outgoing mail server
with the the one your dial up company have supplied. (I.e. you will
send your mail via them but collect from us).

Next add your
host-it account User name and password this is the same details
you used to enter this members area.

Click
'Finish'.
Your
mail account is now set up.

(Optional) |
| You
will now see a new email account in the list which will probably
have the name 'mail.host-it.co.uk'. If you want to give this a more
descriptive name just double click it and the box shown below will
appear. Put the name you want to call it in the area marked and
click [OK]. Its done!
